• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of underground structures, including tunnels, underground stations, and deep foundations
• Develop and implement engineering solutions for complex geotechnical and structural challenges
• Manage project teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely project delivery
• Conduct detailed structural analysis and design for underground facilities

This role will serve as part of a team that is responsible for managing a key financial institution headquartered in Singapore spanning multiple markets and business lines, with a specific focus on Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS), as well as Acquiring, Ecosystems and Value-added Services. The team works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to grow the revenue and share of our business with this strategic partnership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Grow revenue and share with the FI client across CMS and Acquiring business areas, while also supporting Ecosystems and Regional partnership opportunities.
• Drive and secure Value-added Services VIK revenue with the client across Products, VCA, Marketing, VMS and more.
• Deal ownership and execution, partner closely with clients to keep track of deal terms and incentives utilization, to ensure their contractual targets and obligations are met or exceeded.
• Project management of key engagements with clients in the CMS, Acquiring, Ecosystems and Regional areas.
• Lead superior engagement with clients while also overseeing the day-to-day aspects across various client initiatives.
• Delivery of Commercial Quarterly Business Review with client stakeholders to review performance, identify gaps, provide recommendations and execute action items to grow business and revenue.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach that ensures Visa is familiar with the strategies and issues of the client and tailor Visa's engagement to address those needs.
• Develop a clear account plan and track it closely, drive engagements/collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver on these plans.
• Assist the client in meeting their business objectives and maximizing the performance of their Visa portfolio.
• Be astute with financial forecasting, and attuned to various dynamics that affect client and Visa business performance.
• Analyze and carefully monitor on an ongoing basis market trends, activities and competitor actions to enable the account team to develop and implement pre-emptive strategies and plans for the client.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Identify potential clients across industries such as Oil and Gas, Chemical, Aviation, Semiconductor, and Pharmaceutical.
• Develop and deliver tailored proposals to prospective clients, negotiate pricing and terms, and actively follow up to gather feedback on quotation status, competitor offers, decision-makers' intentions, and other factors affecting the proposal's outcome.
• Engage with customers to discuss metal pricing and transfer requirements, ensuring all aspects of the transaction are clearly communicated and understood.
• Monitor precious metal price fluctuations and track customer order progress, collaborating with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operational processes within the company.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
