Working days & hours: 6days, 10hrs
Location: Clarke quay / Hillcrest Park

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers
• Handle cashiering duties and banking duties
• Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers
• Help prepare and clear the tables for restaurant patrons
• Attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally
• Assist in the serving of the menu-items to restaurant patrons at their seats
• Ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the month end closing activities, prepare and review of journals and reports
• Prepare monthly financial statements, audit schedules, reconciliation of accounts,
inter-company confirmation and other accounting records
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST, annual tax returns and other
statutory filings
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretary and
government authorities for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure
compliance
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation & attend yearly stock take activity
• Review, implement and improve financial workflows/processes to strengthen
internal control and compliance and to enhance operational efficiencies
• Assist in Forecasting and Budgeting
• Provide mentorship to junior members of the team
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• 5 years and above with team management experience
• Meticulous, possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge and experience of Xero is a major plus.
• Able to work well under pressure and able to cope with tight deadlines
• Adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be in a fast-paced
environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design tailored solutions and campaigns.

Proposal & Negotiation:

• Prepare persuasive business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with operations, marketing, and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
