Primary Responsibilities

• To greet all Guests and all visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
• To attend to ‘Guests’ arrival and departure.
• To attend to Guests’ arrival by assisting with registration and by explaining the Hotel’s facilities and services and by allocating rooms as booked.
• To use Guests names at all times.
• To allocate accommodation to Guests as booked and to ensure it is suitable for them.
• To attend to any Guest enquiries.
• To acknowledge all guests at Reception counter whether busy or free (eye contact & body language).
• To ensure Guest satisfaction is achieved at all times.
• To accurately handle cash, credit cards, cheques and vouchers as settlement of Guest accounts.

• To assist Guests requiring foreign exchange services.
• To assist Guests with safety deposit requirements.
• To take and convey messages for Guests
• To maintain key security.

• To post dockets to Guest accounts.
• To optimise sales and occupancy by promoting the hotel and its outlets.
• To take reservations for accommodation.
• To refer any complaint to the Senior Guest Service Agent or Assistant Manager.
• To liaise with Housekeeping regarding Guests requests for extra beds, baby cots and any other accommodation request.
• To maintain stationary levels as required.
• To monitor hotels occupancy status and to check availability.
• To be fully familiar with all hotel emergency procedures.
• To maintain a clean, hygienic and tidy work area.
• To be aware of current hotel events, hotel facilities and services available to hotel Guests and attend to Guests request for information.
• To attend all staff and training meetings when directed by the Front Office Manager.
• To report any potential health or safety hazards promptly to the Front Office Manager / Duty Manager.
• To ensure all duties are carried out in line with the hotel policy, with high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene, correct uniform and name badge as outlined in the staff handbook.
• To carry out any other duties when directed by the Front Office Manager / Duty Manager.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

1. Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance contracts and repair works

2. Monitor the maintenance contacts and arranging all the necessary tasks for club license renewal is not difficult.

3. Obtain and summarize quotations for equipment purchases and service. Put up the recommendation for approval and raise the purchase orders.

4. Assist to monitor team of technicians in fulfilling the cyclical maintenance schedule.

5. Assist the Executive to monitor and ensure that the renovation/repair contractor’s staff perform their duties diligently.

6. Compile and collate all administration, staff annual leave, medical leave, roster, payment, and all related administrative issues.

7. Apply e-leave, claims issues for employees, staff rostering, and all administrative support for those reposting to Facilities Manager, among other things

8. To keep accurate records of all building plans, drawings, and M&E services, including operational manuals.

9. Assist the Head of Facilities and the department in administrative tasks, assist and support the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Safe Management Officer (SMO).

10. Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

· Diploma qualification in any discipline.

· 1 years of relevant working experience preferably in similar position.

· Proficient in MS Office.

· Good organizational and administrative skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery, advise interested parties of status and recovery plans
• Release orders based on material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate the flow of material throughout the customer order requirements
• Coordinate with Purchasing for availability of raw materials
• Coordinate material movement between vendors, warehouse and the production floor
• Assist in the development, implementation, analysis and coordination of the master production schedule
• Utilize Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) to ensure that data is accurate and up to date
• Facilitate transmittal of customer orders to distribution center and manufacturing facilities including shipment and paperwork of international orders; serve as key contact for customer service inquiries
• Maintain and update master files [items, vendors, etc] including new item setup
• Set up and monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
• Thoroughly review, familiarize and understand existing BOM structure as well as the physical products
• Key participant in developing and managing company SOP, assembly &parts drawing database process
• Manage inventory levels to meet corporate goals
• Coordinate and manage monthly cycle counts for all manufacturing locations and distribution center; key participant in annual physical inventory
• Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy; investigate & reconcile discrepancies & negatives
• Posting of daily production and inventory transactions
• Analyze data and collaborate with others to determine and apply appropriate ordering, inventory, and replenishment policies
• Code and prepareproper paperwork for billing and authorization of invoices per defined processes
• Provide department capacity plans, on a weekly basis
• Assist in maintaining the monthly KPI
• Provide reports and requested information as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years professional experience in manufacturing planning, inventory control, materials planning role

(13) Sign-off design drawings for assigned project tenders to subcontractors.

(17) Negotiate and Recommend award of subcontracts for assigned projects.

(18) Review and Recommend on variation advices to Clients for assigned projects.

(20) Recommend the dating and issuance of (joint) subcontractor warranty documents for assigned projects.

(23) Recommend on post-DLP maintenance / rectification expenditures for assigned projects.

(25) Review design drawings for value engineering and constructability considerations.

(26) Coordinate and verify subcontractor proposals for assigned projects during the award stage.

(27) Ensure compliance to cost report submission timelines.

(28) Negotiate subcontractor deductions for project non-compliance and breaches.

(29) Administer Project Management resources to oversee the following matters for assigned projects:

(30) Compliance to key legal obligations in relation to the project;

(31) Flow through of Client contract obligations to the subcontractors;

(32) Project schedule and site progress;

(33) Adherence to Client progress claims;

(34) Formal project certifications, including handover certificates;

(35) Defect rectification progress, particularly during the handover / final statement claim stage;

(36) Any legal claims from the Client or subcontractor;

(37) Maintaining relationships with the Client;

(38) Maintaining relationships with relevant authority officers.

(39) Administer the filing and archiving of assigned projects documentation.

(40) Submit project progress reports for the Management Review.

(41) Recommend improvement on existing Project Management procedures / processes, including documentation.

Requirements（要求）:

(1) Must be a local Singaporean with a practicing license.

(2) A deep understanding of the overall situation and operation of Singapore construction projects, and good relationship with the authorities will be preferred

(3) 15 years of experience in the planning and construction of large-scale public building renovation projects.

(4) Proven track record as a renovation construction manager in large-scale projects, managing internal / external stakeholders – HSE, QA, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Client, Authorities.

(5) Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource management

(6) Capatable to identify and address construction challenges and issues promptly.

(7) Excellent ability of organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

(8) Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

(9) Demonstrate leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and develop a team.

(10) Fruitful knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance requirements related to construction logistics.

(11) Profound knowledge of renovation construction and technologies.

(12) Excellent coordination skills and communication skills in English and Chinese, both verbal and written.

(13) Ability to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements or timelines.
