· Reporting to Regional Sales Manager and provide sales support and sales analytics to assist with preparation of sales and stock reports, price lists and delivery schedules.

· Assist in execution of sales strategy of brand

· Work closely with retail partners to strategize monthly sales and objectives and monitor the sales operations with regular meetings with assigned responsibilities and time frame for decided actions.

· Gather market information on competitor’s activities and projects and prepare report for review.

· Provide detailed sell-out analysis of markets/retailers/POS

· Assist in stock allocation

· Support Manager in initiatives to improve client and retailer relations

Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields

· At least 5 years of relevant marketing and events experiences in a similar position with international luxury/premium brands in watches/fashion/beauty

· Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Good experiences working with external vendors/retail partners in the luxury goods industry

· Attention to detail and possess analytical and numerical skills with good command of written communication

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Job Description

• Lead and organize WSH meetings, conduct sites inspection, audit and follow up on actions such as observation report e.g. CAPA
• To lead and drive SHE initiatives and programs and to strengthen safety culture of our workforce and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• Organize safety trainings, safety promotions and safety awareness.

• To conduct incident and accident investigations and maintain proper documentation of all safety records.
• File accident and injury reports to Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
• Assist the conduct of emergency response drill.
• Support ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor Security Management:
• Evaluate current security processes and systems and stay abreast of legislative security requirements and industry best practices.
• Be in charge of security related matters such as outsource partners
• Review security procedures and security management timely for improvement initiatives and to address evolving risks.
