• Assist with routine administrative and operational tasks.
• Prepare general ledger (GL) journals, accruals, and prepayments.
• Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, AR/AP, expense, and petty cash ledgers.
• Generate invoices and ensure statutory taxes are filed and paid.
• Review and process expense claims and payments.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet and profit & loss analyses.
• Address ad hoc queries related to management accounting.
• Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory compliance.
• Serve as the main contact for finance-related matters and queries from management and auditors.
• Oversee payroll processing.
• Handle additional finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Preferably have 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience.
