Summary:

• Basic salary up to $3000

• Slight experience in accounts only

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions
• Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
• Preparing tax computation for GST
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
• Other relevant administrative duties

Key Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients / stakeholders
