This role aims to achieve sales objectives in the short to mid-term while ensuring product category growth and profitability. The executive will lead in driving the product category's targets, lead market insights, and manage the gated process of new product launches. They will serve as the central coordinator between various teams, including OHQ product planning, R&D, OHS sales, supply chain, and QA/RA/TCS, to drive product-related projects.

1. Strategic Marketing Support:

• Assist in the implementation and management of strategic marketing campaigns to support product category growth.
• Work closely with local marketing managers, sales teams, and business partners to help execute brand activation plans, focusing on promotion, pricing, place, and product.

2. Market Research Assistance:

• Support the collection and analysis of market research data to understand current market conditions and competitor activities.
• Assist in compiling market insights, including market landscape analysis and share of market tracking.

3. Product Category Support:

• Assist in tracking product category targets such as market penetration and sales performance.
• Support the identification of new market opportunities by working with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers.

4. New Product Development Support:

• Aid incoordinating all phases of new product development, including research, design, pricing, marketing, sales, and distribution.
• Support the implementation of new product launches to ensure timely market entry.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Serve as the central coordinator between the OHQ product planning team, R&D, OHS sales, supply chain, and QA/RA/TCS teams for product-related projects.
• Help ensure alignment across teams for cohesive product strategy execution.

6. Budget Management Assistance:

• Support theexecution of marketing plans within the approved budget to optimize resource allocation.

7. Collaboration and Implementation:

• Assist in executing new product launch activities in collaboration with OHQ, sales, supply chain management, and QA/RA/TCS teams.
• Help ensure seamless implementation of product strategies by leveraging cross-functional support.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing and/or engineering or equivalent professional qualification
• Academic working and thinking level
• Trained in some level of customer and market research and project management
• Independent self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal

Your responsibilities include:

• Ability to carry out small to medium masterplaning and urban design project under the guidance of the project leader
• Provide strong support to project leader in executing project efficiently from research, report and drawing preparation to project coordination.
• Organise and guide juniors to fulfil technical tasks
• Present and communicate with external party effectively in medium and small scale

What you will need:

• Self-motivated, well organised and highly responsible professional with strong spirit of learning and team work
• Passionate on urban scale design practice and quality driven, willingness to take challenges and work pressure, potential to expand career horizon
• Master’s degree of Urban Planning, Urban Design or architecture from recognised universities
• 4-5 years’ work experience on urban planning or urban design practices from established international firm; Singapore or China project experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related design software, such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, illustrator, SketchUp, Rhino, and data-driven analytical skill such as GIS application and software of environmental analysis; good aesthetic taste and excellent graphic skill is a merit)

Efficient and Effective Office Administration

• Training Centre Operations

1. Oversee the coordination of training programs, including managing participant registrations, scheduling sessions, and ensuring that all training materials are prepared and ready for distribution.
2. Process payments related to training centre operations, including instructor fees, venue rentals, and participant registrations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and tracked.Assist in the development and maintenance of training resources and documentation, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accessible for both trainers and participants.
3. Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement and ensure alignment with best practices.

Data Management and Reporting

Maintain organized databases for research and training activities, ensuring that all relevant data is accurately recorded and easily retrievable.
