This role reports to the Clinic Operations Manager of the Group. Bridgepoint Health is an operating entity of Sheares Healthcare. As a clinic operations executive, you are the first line support to assist with the administrative and operational support of the clinic. Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Training

• Identify skill gaps and training needs in collaboration with department heads.

5. Work Pass Application Management

• Prepare and submit work pass applications (in shipyard environment will be an advantage) in line with government regulations, manage renewals, and track compliance status.

6. Executive-Level Recruitment

• Develop job descriptions, source candidates, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews for executive-level roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.

7. HR Policy Development and Support

• Assist in documenting and updating HR policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Contribute to the implementation of new HR technologies and systems to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations, ideally with knowledge in areas such as training coordination, payroll, and recruitment.
