Responsibilities

• Update Costing Data: Accurately input and update production costing data into the system job costing module.
• Supplier Cost Management: Input suppliers’ costs into the system job costing module to ensure precise financial tracking.
• Job Completion Assurance: Ensure that all job production costing is fully completed and submitted timely to the finance team for invoicing.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, and logistics teams to resolve production data queries.

Requirements

• Strong interest in manufacturing process and working with technical data.
• Good understanding of basic Mathematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese/Mandarin (essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• Good team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

OA shift: 7.30am to 5pm / 7am to 4.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and guests’ request.
• Ensure that all telephone calls are handled promptly within three rings.
• Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel and their availability status; up-sell whenever possible.
• Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to supervisor for further follow up when necessary. Glitch reports are to be written when necessary.
• Ensure guest room security, emergency and fire procedures; encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities and functions as well as major city attractions and events; provide guests with accurate information as requested. Ensure a professional and courteous working relationship and maintain an effective flow of communication with all hotel personnel.

Requirements

• Able to perform rotating shifts
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality and good public relations skills
• Previous experience in hospitality and Opera knowledge will be advantageous

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support our business development efforts in China and Singapore. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and driving business expansion in these regions. The role requires a deep understanding of the Chinese and Singaporean markets, along with strong communication and negotiation skills and a strong understanding of the biotech R&D landscape to foster long-term client relationships and ensure business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification:Conduct market research to understand business trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes in China and Singapore.
   Identify new business opportunities in these regions by assessing potential clients, markets, and business sectors.
   Monitor local regulations, economic conditions to ensure alignment with business goals.
   
2. Client Relationship Development:Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in both China and Singapore.
   Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, concerns, and business needs.
   Understand local business culture and adapt communication and negotiation strategies accordingly.
   
3. Sales Strategy & Proposal Management:Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop region-specific sales strategies and value propositions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Overview: -

Your Responsibilities: -

• Oversee warehouse operations for both internal and external storage facilities.
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in all warehouse activities.
• Coordinate and manage daily system and warehouse operations with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy of Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C, and RFID systems.
• Handle import and export shipment activities efficiently to avoid delays and storage at ports.
• Prepare and provide monthly inventory reports for on-premises and third-party warehouses.
• Identify and implement improvements in inventory management processes to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the warehouse to promote an organized environment.
• Enforce safety protocols and risk assessments (RA) to ensure a safe work environment for employees and visitors.
• Conduct annual stock takes and regular sample stock audits to verify inventory accuracy.

Requirements: -

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience
• Forklift Licence (an added advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and RFID systems
• Ability to start work within a short notice
