JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will lead the adoption of Google Cloud at leading organizations, guiding them through the strategic and technical facets of their cloud transformation journey. You will manage the delivery of Professional Services engagements to drive customer adoption of Google Cloud services, such as Google Compute Engine, Google Cloud Machine Learning, Google Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Google Workspace, Google Chrome.

In this role, you will engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives of large enterprises and a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team. You will travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time, as needed.

• Advocate for customers as an operational partner to overcome issues, understand operational issues that block cloud adoption, and help drive resolutions within Google and our customers’ business.
• Advise customers on best practices, understand customers’ environments to help them achieve outcomes.
• Act on opportunities to reduce customers cost, improve performance, and deliver engaged advantages for their businesses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving technical implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience in supporting enterprise customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving customer technical implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in one of the following: cloud operations (e.g., launch and capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, IT consulting.
• Experience in application/workload migration to public cloud providers.
• Understanding of one of the following: IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems or content delivery networks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and management skills.

Reporting to the Country Chief Executive, you will ensure best fit between employees and organization, delivering quality customer service and committing to recruit, develop, reward and retain engaged employees. You will be responsible for providing leadership including technical and administrative support in the full spectrum of HR functions, such as resourcing, payroll, HRIS and data management, benefits and contract administration, employee wellness, tax administration and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle the day-to-day HR operational matters.
• Administer recruitment, talent acquisition
• Participate in HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
• Involved in yearly appraisal review/exercise
• Drive the system and maintain the HR policy to create best HR practices
• Address employment related queries from employees.
• Assist in driving strategies and initiatives to support BUs in alignment with Company goals and objectives including headcount forecasting, budget planning
• Support in reshaping and transforming HR according to business needs.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Minimum degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in managerial role
• Familiar with Employment Act, CPF Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act & Singapore Income Tax.
• Has keen eye for details, excellent grasp of numbers, and strong sense of integrity.
• Good time management, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferably with experience in SuccessFactors and PAYDAY payroll software.
• Prior experience in HR Shared Services Team is preferred.

Job Description

Sales:

· Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for S P Jain’s Global range of corporate education programs in Singapore and other assigned regions as appropriate

· Expanding the corporate education client network in the designated regions

· Managing existing corporate network and key accounts and expanding targeted revenues from them

· Identify specific corporate education and training needs on an ongoing basis for open ended and corporate education programs.

· Coordinating with the professors to design and deliver programs.

· Ensuring optimum visibility & merchandising of brands

Brand Management:

· Design and Implement promotions & marketing activities pertaining to corporate education.

· Reporting & analysis of sales & forecasting of monthly/quarterly sales plan

· Analysing market intelligence (Institutions, market share, competitor activity)

Corporate Relations:

· Sourcing for new companies for fulltime employment & internships via cold calling, LinkedIn Search etc.

· Maintaining & enhancing relations with exciting corporate partners

· Assist in organising networking and guest speaker’s events for current students.

· Provide internship administrative roles from matching and sourcing job roles.

· Database maintenance of corporates and internal reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably sales/business administration or sales-related course.
• At least min 8 years of experience in the higher education industry or relevant industry
• Strong oral & written communication skills
