Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts & Oversee Malaysia subsidiary
• Monitor cash flow; Bank reconciliation
• Month-end & Year-end closing activities
• XBRL filing
• Assist in Admin & HR related matters

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years experience in full set accounting
• Knowledge in Autocount system is advantageous
• Able to commence work within short notice period is highly preferred

Summary:

• 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: Jurong East / Tuas
• Slight experience in accounts required only

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions
• Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
• Preparing tax computation for GST
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
• Other relevant administrative duties

Key Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients / stakeholders
