Job Description & Requirements Communicate expectations to administrative employees, and follow up by monitoring job performance. Mentor, coach, and correct administrative employees as necessary. Liaise with clients and suppliers, connecting them with the appropriate managers. Set goals for the administrative department, implement administrative systems and develop departmental budgets. Coordinate the purchase of supplies, equipment, and forms, and approve invoices. Collaborate with employees as necessary on special projects. Prior experience in administrative jobs. Basic knowledge of accounting. Focused on improving efficiency without sacrificing customer service and quality. Leadership skills that include employee motivation. To prepared all invoices and others etc..

F&B and retail business requires a part time accounts assistant. must be able to do full sets of accounts including profit and loss and Balance Sheet. Familiar with CPF and MOM advantageous. Must be able to do submissions for surveys etc. As usual must be good with figures, meticulous and attentive to details.

Part time 2 or 3 times a week

Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

• Record and manage daily financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper financial documentation.

2. Billing and Invoicing

• Generate and send invoices to customers promptly.
• Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Handle discrepancies and disputes related to invoices or payments.

3. Budgeting and Expense Management

• Assist in preparing the company's budget and monitoring expenses.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement of office supplies and detailing materials.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

4. Customer Account Management

• Maintain a detailed record of customer accounts, including service history and payment status.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
• Address customer inquiries or disputes related to their accounts.

5. Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, such as GST (if applicable).
• Assist in filing tax returns and ensuring accurate financial records for auditing purposes.
• Provide management with regular financial updates and insights.

6. Payroll Support

• Manage employee payroll, including attendance tracking and salary calculations.
• Ensure timely payment of wages and deductions for CPF, and other statutory contributions.
