- Key in supplier invoices into accounting system

- Process and key in staff claims

- Make payment for supplier invoices

- Generate PI and Sales invoices (Key in sales invoices into accounting system)

- Perform some general journal entries for month end closing

- Assist in filing and any ad hoc admin duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma in accountancy / LCCI / CAT / Higher Nitec accounting
• SAP or Navision system is an advantage
• Experience is preferred

Job scope:

• Handling full-set of accounts including AP/AR.
• Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes for customers.
• Prepare payment and receipt in daily basis.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of ledger systems.
• Preparation of GST report/ monthly management reporting/ bank reconciliation and journal entries.
• Liaise with Operations team on accounting-related matters.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Diploma in Accounting with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with knowledge for full set of accounts required.
