Summary:

• Basic salary up to $3000

• Slight experience in accounts only

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions
• Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
• Preparing tax computation for GST
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
• Other relevant administrative duties

Key Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients / stakeholders

• Assists in tasks relating to receivables
• Assists in communication and liaising with external parties when needed
• Assists in preparing reports
• Assists in system/process upgrade testing
• Any other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with 4-5 years of related accounting experiences
• Able to handle high volume of invoices
• Team player

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payables:

• Ensure all vendor invoices with appropriate supporting documents are updated in the ERP system on a timely basis
• Liaise with vendors for SOA and reconciliation of vendors' statements
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely processing of the payment cycle
• Proper upkeep of all documents

Accounts Receivables:

• Prompt uploading of e-invoices in customers’ portal
• Emailing of e-invoices to customers

Petty Cash:

• Handling of petty cash and reimbursements

Administrative:

• Ordering of pantry supplies
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Stockcount and Stock audits:

• Assist with internal stockcount on periodic basis
