The Accounts Officer is responsible for processing credit application, invoicing, debt collection, account receivable cashiering, reconciliation and month end requirement. He/ She must ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure they are posted on a timely basis. City Ledger:

Credit Cards:

Month End:

Credit applications:

· Process credit applications within 10 working days, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally.

City Ledger:

This role is a key member of the finance team, primarily responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of organization's financial operations. A Senior Finance Executive also requires a combination of technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records.

Job summary

Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of an organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Month-end closing duties (AP, AR, GL)
• Monthly GTO submission
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Monthly intercompany billings
• Monthly supplier bulk payments
• Monthly maintenance of balance sheet schedules
• Quarterly GST Submission
• Support in yearly audit, tax computation assignments
• To conduct on-demand outlet stock check, cash audit and fixed asset sighting
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of related working experience and possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, preferably from F&B industry with MYOB knowledge
• Basic knowledge of SFRS, corporate tax and GST rules and regulations
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills
• Able to start immediately or at short notice
• IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Words & Excel - strong in formula)
• Fast learner with strong sense of initiative, driven and a good team player
• Able to work independently, positive attitude and self-motivated
• Possess good interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines

Job Description

Managing client account and liaise with clients locally or overseas

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
