Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable (AP), including IBG payment records.
• Consolidate AP from all centers for processing.
• Input AP data into the GP Dynamics Financial Software system.
• Prepare AP batches for intercompany billing, fixed asset processing, and prepayment allocations.
• Reconcile the AP sub-ledger with the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Generate monthly AP aging reports.
• Execute bi-monthly AP payments and handle ad-hoc payment requests as required.
• Process AP payments using both computer-generated and manual cheques.
• Perform monthly revenue accruals for designated centers.

Requirements

• A Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Higher Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field is required.
• Candidates with a diploma should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, while degree holders should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience specializing in accounts payable is highly preferred.
