Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure the projects operations in a safe, timely manner and efficient to meet internal and customer terms/criteria.
• Liaise with other departments to support project requirements
• Work with the Project Controls (PC) Team to develop the Contract Master Schedule (CMS) and communicate schedule needs to relevant departments for assessment and approval.
• Ensure the availability of sufficient resources and competent manpower to support project objectives in line with contractual obligations
• Safeguard organisation’s interests and minimize contract risks while maintain the customer satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments per project procedures to identify and minimize potential issues in executing the project.
• Identify, evaluate, and initiate corrective action in problematic areas, monitoring and rescheduling the project when required.
• Identify alterations to the project scope and negotiating variation orders for customer-driven changes.
• Conduct meetings (internal and client) as required.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• ·Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant working experience in project management
• Certified in PMI would be advantageous

Based in Singapore the Influencer Engagement Manager will be responsible for executing influencer marketing projects, as well as liaising with internal and external parties for campaign success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain a keen understanding of social media, the nuances that vary between different channels.
• Keep an ear to the ground on the key content creators within each market, and new trends that may value-add to a campaign.

Requirements

• Preferably 5 years of work experience in marketing or social media strategy role in a digital agency. Fresh graduates with an internship experience in a similar capacity and demonstrate high potential will also be considered.

Duties:

• Process accounts payable invoices matching and verifying with Purchase Orders and good receipts.
• Perform supplier reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Liase with buyers and suppliers to resolve Invoice on hold issues.
• Reconciliation and clearing of aged items in RNI.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy
• Must have GST experience
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
• Good time management and comfortable to work in fast-paced environment.
• Experience in using Oracle R12 or other Accounting systems and Microsoft Excel will be added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
