• Develop Key Account Plans and Strategies, focusing on sales and trade activities.
• Lead a team of Sales Representatives, Sales Promoters, and Key Account Managers to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
• Support Key Accounts in developing Joint Business Plans (JBP) and executing them to meet key goals.
• Implement and execute strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
• Manage budgets and maximize ROI through strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute impactful sales activities and promotions, enhancing product visibility and consumer engagement.
• Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit targets, as well as managing A&P expenses.
• Understand market and consumer demands, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Build strong client relationships to remain top-of-mind for new initiatives.
• Lead customer negotiations regarding commercial strategies.
• Inspire and guide the sales team toward success.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Finance and Operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, with a preference for experience in the e-commerce channel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented with a strong business acumen, passion for research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently, with a goal-oriented, organized, and team-focused approach.
• Experience in managing sales merchandisers or representatives is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Match and process invoices from suppliers with supporting documents to ensure that all payment conditions have been met with proper documentation and authorisation.
• Process invoices accurately and timely into financial systems (SAP)
• Monitor due dates of invoices for payment to achieve the service standards (Key Performance Indicators) of paying within the credit terms.
• Investigate reasons for outstanding invoices (manual and electronic invoices submitted using currently setup portals) and liaise/hasten all responsible parties for MINDEF/SAF for follow up action to expedite payment processing.
• Attend to all queries to update payment status or clarify discrepancies so that payments can be made timely.
• Explain and clarify on policies or procedures to aid users in their purchasing activities and financial management.
• Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of document, payment records and transactional data for inspection and internal/external audit.
• Generate and collate financial monthly report for management reporting.

Period:

• 2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)
