· Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and bank movements, general ledgers, and other financial accounts to ensure accurate reporting and identification of discrepancies.

· Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

· Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

· ERP and Financial Systems Management: Maintain and optimize financial systems for accurate reporting and process efficiency.

· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.

· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve the efficiency of financial operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a finance-related role, preferably in finance, accounting.

Fundamental knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

Proficient in Erp System, advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for compliance personnel to assist in enhancing the compliance risk framework of the company. The candidate will help to manage and execute the compliance programs, provide policy guidance and to carry out compliance training for the company’s diversified investment business groups. • Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring/surveillance across the company’s business activities;

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in compliance, audit or risk management in the securities, financial advisory or fund management industry

• Should have knowledge of key applicable regulations in Singapore such as the Securities & Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, MAS Notices and Guidelines, AML/CFT regulations

The Accounts Officer – Accounts Payable & Revenue Audit’s core responsibilities to support Accounts Executive in auditing day to day operations transactions, processing and timely payment of all hotel payments.

What will I be doing?

As the Accounts Officer – Accounts Payable & Revenue Audit, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Account for and audit all purchase orders, receive records and suppliers’ invoices (purchase invoices matching procedure).
• Ensure all invoices have proper supporting documents and authorization before processing payment.
• Prepare vouchers, including cost distributions and account codes for all suppliers’ invoices and credit memos.
• Balance suppliers’ monthly statements to the hotel’s accounts payable record.
• Answer suppliers’ and other parties’ queries relating to accounts payable.
• Ensure that Daily and Monthly Revenue and Settlement Reconciliation is prepared on a timely basis and all revenue is captured and reported.
• Review all entertainment dockets and officers’ checks, ensuring that all are authorized and signed with the appropriate level of detail.
• Verify transactions posted in the daily report, including but not limited to credit cards, city ledger, crew allowances, paid outs, allowances and rebates, miscellaneous charges, voiding, car park revenues, and room safe keys.
• Prepare rebate and allowance summary and rebate journal.
• Handle all requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by Accounts Executive.

• Overall SOC pricing management: Guide & manage team members on day-to-day pricing matters and ensure response to agents and Key Accounts team in 24 hours. Make use of costing/contribution table to confirm contribution figures and provide recommendations to finalize the proposed rate to customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize contribution: Work very closely with cargo flow team to have clear knowledge sectors full and not full temporarily or structurally to determine sectors to push SOCs. To actively explore opportunities even in non-traditional sectors.
• Oversee a set of identified key accounts & tender process management [KAM]: Maintaining current businesses, identification and development of new businesses and growth opportunities. Organize and plan visit with respective accounts to build good rapport with decision makers. Tender accounts - review all pricing for pricing sanity check and completeness checks prior to submission.
• Develop market knowledge and intelligence: To analyze trends and data which aid pricing decisions and strategies, gather from team update to all on the latest development on service pattern and demand changes.
• Monitor customers support/retention & agents' performance: Monitor customer’s support on monthly basis and follow-up with customer. Review agents' performance - conduct weekly meetings to understand market trends across regions and to set agents' marketing objectives
• SOC revenue forecasting: Contribute to revenue processes by furnishing freight rates trends and forecasting.
• Mentoring and leadership: Provide necessary guidance and direction to teammate in achieving goals, monitor the performance and to maintain high morale for the team.

Job Requirements
