• Update, verify and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other financial records
• Assist in month end reporting procedures
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Attend to auditor's and tax queries and prepare ncessary information/schedules/reports requested by the auditor and tax agents

Job Requirements:

• Candidate possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
• Prefably with minimum 2 years of full set of accounting experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Attend to all member queries, concerns, feedback and requests via phone, emails and face-to-face.
• Core services include concierge administration, health, immigration and education needs, reservation and registration of events and dining, etc.
• Responsible to carry out the administrative duties pertaining to the Business and Clients in a professional and efficient manner.
• Willing to travel offsite to accompany clients to offsite meetings/appointments when required. E.g. immigration/health/school appointments
• Maintain and order office inventories.

Requirements:

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of electrical, electronic, electro-hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic automation systems.
• Handle electrical / electronic / electro-hydraulic/electro-pneumatic/ automation equipment failures and carry out fault diagnosis with the aim to resolve the issue.
• Evaluate the planned maintenance schedule for fleet electrical, electronic, electro-hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic automation systems, as well as power generation, backup power sources, and fire detection systems, and then submit the findings to the technical manager.
• Study areas for improvements and modifications on electro/automation system and create methodical recommendations for efficient operation of the vessel.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of onboard sea going vessels experience as an Electrical Technical Officer in oil/gas/chemical tankers or offshore support vessels.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills encompassing various areas such as electrical, instrumentation, automation, control, as well as air conditioning and ventilation systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Procurement Officer reports to the procurement supervisor and assists in all documentation and coordination of project matters.
• Ensure proper documentation of all projects related matters.
• To work closely with General Manager to ensure proper documentation of materials control.
• Assist in the procurement of suppliers of specified materials.
• Help the project’s bottom line by rigorously monitoring and implementing cost controls.
