Job Description:

• Reconcile daily collections from clinic.
• Administer the various accounting responsibilities.
• Perform daily posting of accounts receivables and accounts payable and in ledgers.
• Provide accrual of expenses on monthly basis.
• Provide updates in AP ledger in weekly & monthly basis.
• Reimbursement of petty cash on monthly basis.
• Process payment vouchers, cheques and e-payments such as through internet banking and PayNow.
• Preparation of Management Accounts.
• Liaise with Auditors ensuring all accounting system and documentations are in compliance.
• Other ad hoc projects assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or ACCA.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate integrity, teamwork and positive working attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices, expense claims, and other payments.
• Sort invoices received, data entry of invoices/ PO/ GRN and perform 3-way match.
• Responsible for handling and processing the billing to customers and ensure that all billings are correctly invoiced & recorded.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of financial transactions, bank statements and GST filing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial closing & reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to align the strategic goal of the organization.
• Assist administrative tasks, including preparing documentation, new hire onboarding, maintain accurate employee records.
• Manage and maintain inventories of office supplies such as stationery, printer consumables (including maintenance), and other office materials.
• Oversee office logistical matters such as telecommunications, mail/courier services, conference accommodations and etc.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Nitec in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in finance/accounting position (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and regulations
• A positive team player with the ability to multitask and a proactive work attitude
• Detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job scope includes but not limited to;

• Managing incoming and outgoing letters
• Be the representative for accounting and finance queries within the office.
• Liaising with HQ and Accounts Dept.
• Preparation of Accounting information (training will be given)
• Assist in co-ordinating meetings and calling of quotations
• General Office administration duties (eg. filings etc.)
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager and/or management
• Working knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point essential.

Position Summary:

The Senior Accounts Executive will manage comprehensive accounting functions at a managerial level to ensure operational excellence, accuracy in financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:

1. Advanced Financial Reporting:
   - Prepare, review, and present financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
   - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making at the managerial level.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
   - Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with senior leadership.
   - Prepare financial forecasts to guide strategic planning and investment decisions.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversight:
   - Supervise invoicing, collections, and vendor payments to ensure timely processing.
   - Ensure accurate reconciliation of financial transactions and bank statements.
4. Tax and Compliance Management:
   - Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
   - Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Human Resource/LCCI or equivalent

· Min 5-6 years experiences

(in construction related industry preferred)

· Knowledge of MYOB Accounting System

· Administrative Duties

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle full accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, reconciliation) for the assigned countries region.

· Analyse accounts and perform reconciliation.

· Produce financial reports to ensure regulatory adherence.

· Coordinate and maintain billings and reports, verify all billings are complete and reconciled to the general ledger.

· Submit periodic financial documents required by the Management.

· Handle month-end closing process, and make correction journal entries for account discrepancies, prepare closing journal entries, post accrual entries, and prepare financial statements.

· Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.

· Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.

· Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.

· Prepare inter-company billings

· Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.

· Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, and government authorities where required.

· Ensure adherence to all financial and tax reporting obligations, including GST, WHT, CIT, etc., audits and procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.

· Identify areas for improvement and implement to enhance financial processes.

· Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Perform and participate on other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications:

· Diploma/ Degree holder in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Business or its equivalent

· Min 3 years of post- qualifying work experience in finance, accounting, or a related role;

· Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.

· Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

· Can start work within short notice

Job Scope

Responsible for several duties such as: Processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers and obtaining goods and services from suppliers promptly. Liaising with finance officers and suppliers concerning stock management, financial records and accounts.

Verify invoices against (purchase) orders and ensure the goods or services were received before issuing payment to their vendors.
