We are looking for candidates with either partial or full set accounts experience. Fresh gradudate in finance are also encouraged to apply for the role. Some training will be provided.
Our client is a Real Estate Investment firm, there are 4 people in the accounting team.
Job Description
● Maintain full set of accounts and management reports for different entities.
● Prepare monthly journals, schedules and bank reconciliation.
● Monitor loan covenant with different banks.
● In-charge of cash flow management.
● Prepare financial reporting to related partners - monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
● GST preparation and submission.
● Handle year-end closing and Financial Reporting.
● Liaise with company secretary, tax agent, auditor and bankers etc.
● Assist with setting up & striking off company with company secretary.
● Involve in forecast and budget process.
● Perform general administrative duties.
● Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
● Proficient in MYOB & Excel
● Matured, independent, meticulous and work under stress in fast-paced environment
● Report to Finance Manager
● Able to start work immediately
● At least 1 Year experience in accounting position
●Degree in Accounting or equivalent
