Our client is a US MNC and Fortune 100 company in the technology industry. They are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Analyst (Collections) on a 12 months contract basis.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that the accounts receivable portfolio turns into cash, initiating collection calls on assigned account base, facilitating customer payment, resolving customer billing disputes, escalating problem collection accounts to credit and sales management. You will also be involved in negotiating payment plans, working with credit analyst on financial distress accounts, participating in process improvement projects, providing reports on assigned portfolio etc.

Your Profile

You should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity and have good customer relationship skills, good communication skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, be well organized and possess good time management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review, assess and analyse Consultancy Request For Proporal (RFP) documents (including General Conditions of Contracts, Particular Conditions, Instruction to Tenderers, Project Brief, Scope of Works, Indemnity and Insurance Requirements, Programme, Submission Requirements, etc.) and provide Directors with summary of findings on the project requirements and recommendation;
• Prepare Fee Proposal and all necessary submission documents required for the RFP submissions, including review and coordination with all other stakeholders to obtain the necessary feedback/input to complete the submission.
• Participate and support the Directors in bid negotiations including preparation of supporting documents, justifications, and responses.
• Review, assess and analyse Consultancy Agreement/Contract/Letter of Award to ensure that the agreed terms and basis of negotiation have been fully incorporated and advise the Directors of the findings and recommendation.
• Prepare Letter of Award/Sub-Consultancy Agreement to appoint Sub-Consultants
• Prepare payment application to Client for Milestone stages, review, assess and process corresponding payment to Sub-Consultants/Vendors.
• Prepare Preliminary Project Programme/Design Schedule including Micro-Program in coordination with the Director, Project Architect(s) and relevant stakeholder(s);
• Advise and support the Directors/Project Architect/Project team on contract scope and deliverables matters.

Requirements

• A recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building;
• Between 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying / projects coordination and / or contracts administration management. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
