Job Scope:

• Assist in processing AP & AR
• Assist in month end closing
• Handle bookkeeping
• Review company's spending & provide accounting advice in cost reduction or resource optimization
• Oversee the track record on the spending & balance of petty cash
• Carry out treasury duty of company account; processing on bank administration/transaction/reconciliation and etc.
  

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Nitec in Accounting / Finance OR equivalent studies
• Entry level with relevant studies is welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Candidate with SAP experience would be an added advantage for the role.

• Ensure seamless and smooth check in/out of guests/members.
• Collect payment.
• Compile and tally cash collected against revenue collection report at the end of the day.
• Handle telephone/walk-in enquiries regarding bookings and reservations for rooms.
• Provide guests with information such as rules and regulations, essential numbers to call for assistance during their stay.
• Generate daily check-in lists for security & housekeeping info.
• Ensure adequate supply of stationeries for smooth daily operations.
• Submit monthly photocopier meter record.
• Raise billing requests as and when required.
• Record, compile and follow-up on lost and found item.

Job Requirements:

• ‘N’ level & above with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
