Responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company, reporting to the Finance Manager.

· Handle full set of accounts, AR, AP and month end closing.

· Preparation and submission of monthly GST.

· Monthly bank reconciliation.

· Credit limit control and weekly review on AR.

· Prepare daily payment by internet banking or cheque payment.

· Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents for company related matters.

· Prepare staffs IR8A & IR21.

· Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.

· Ensure timely preparation of balance sheet schedules.

· Assist in monthly stock take.

· Issuing and following up on sales rebates from supplier and dealers.

· Management of inventory and issuing of sales invoices.

· To check on shipping quotations for export and import shipments.

· Assist in any ad hoc assignment.

Requirements

· Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;

· At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance;

· Strong understanding of accounting principles;

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment;

· Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;

You are required to work 1 Saturdays per month (9:30am am to 12:30 pm)

Working hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm

Responsible for the welfare of the residents of the Home and ensuring the cleanliness of the premises.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure residents under his charge maintain or are helped to maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness. Supervise Nursing Aides and Healthcare Attendants to maintain personal grooming and dressing.
• Attend to any complaints by residents, take necessary steps to redress any grievance, and report the same to the Operation Manager
• Accompany residents for outings/events and supervise the residents at such outings.
• Participate in the development of the care plan, putting it into action, and follow up on the care plan.
• Movement and record of residents and visitors in and out of the premises.
• Communicate with fellow officers when relieving others of duty or handing over duty on all matters of importance connected with his duties, explaining any directions of the supervisors affecting individual residents or upcoming activities of the Home.
• Patrol the dormitories and premises and ensure that everything is clean and in good order, particularly toilets, kitchens, and dining areas.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any of the fields or related fields from a recognized university.
• 
  
• 1 -2 years of related experience with nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders.
• A team player and able to organize and execute programs.
• 
  
• Be organized and punctual with strict adherence to Home policies.
• Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.

• Shift Work (44 hours per week), 5 Days work week
