Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries via email or phone for room booking promptly
Coordinate and communicate with operations department for guest special requests to ensure smooth operations
Input reservation information into system
Manage corporate and group bookings
Ensure correspondence are replied within 24 hrs
Follow up and monitor on advance deposits or prepayment
Promote and upsell of rooms to increase revenue
Requirements
NITEC or higher qualification
Relevant working experiences in hospitality or travel agency
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and strong time-management
Some knowledge in using Opera Cloud
