Job Description

Join a reputable aesthetics brand as a Customer Service Executive, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing appointments, payments, and inquiries. Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and walk-ins, providing excellent service.
• Schedule, reschedule, and remind customers of their appointments.
• Perform invoicing and cashiering duties, including daily payment settlement.
• Enter and consolidate report data for submission.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Job Scope

• Ensure customer bookings are promptly documented, processed and reviewed for accuracy and completeness
• Input export job reference
• Any special shipment requirements shall be resolved with the shipper prior accepting the booking;

• Upon receipt of booking from shipper, Customer Service will book shipment direct with shipping lines or our consol for both FCL and LCL cargo
