* Handle full set of accounts for a group of companies

* Perform government subsidy reconciliation across companies

*Analysis and preparation of monthly management reports

* Work with centres to set and achieve financial goals and metrics

* Provide financial and accounting leadership to junior accounting staff

*Participate in financial reviews and audits

Requirements

* Degree/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

*Relevant work experience as an Accountant especially in a related industry

*Knowledge of bookkeeping best practices and finance regulations

* An ability to concentrate , work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines

* Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (eg. MYOB)

* Good organisation and filing skills

* Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

• Managing client relationships: Account managers are responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They act as a liaison between the client and the company, and work to ensure the client's needs are met.
• Managing sales: Account managers are responsible for managing sales, including generating and forecasting sales pipelines, setting sales targets, and overseeing account representatives.
• Preparing reports: Account managers prepare reports on accounts and transactions, and may also present business and account updates to clients and management.
• Project management: Account managers may lead project management activities.
• Data collection and analysis: Account managers may collect and analyze data related to clients.
• Resolving customer complaints: Account managers may resolve customer complaints and disputes.
• Working with internal teams: Account managers work with different internal teams to ensure clients' needs are understood and met.

• Follow on payment status and prepare statements of accounts to vendors & customers
