Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily invoice checks ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Handle data entry tasks using Excel.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned duties.

• Under the Building Control Act, RTOs shall be accredited with Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• To carry out supervision and inspection of the works to ensure that works are constructed in accordance to contract specifications and drawings

• Assist with monthly profit and loss reports.

• Minimum Dip/Deg in Accountancy with at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
