We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounts cum HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position combines financial expertise with HR management, ensuring smooth operations across our retail and e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Functions:

1. Bookkeeping and Financial Records:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all business activities.
   Record daily transactions, process invoices, and track expenses.
   
2. GST Reporting and Compliance:Prepare and file quarterly GST reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Job Description:

• To plan, manage, oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the health, safety and environmental matters for the Project.
• To advise and report to Developer and ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations.
• To be responsible for health, safety and environmental control, update the Safety Management System Manual and to ensure that all works adhere to the procedures and instructions.
• To manage the team of Assistant Safety Managers and ensure all duties and responsibilities required of they are discharged professionally and competently.
• He shall prepare a monthly status update for review with Developer but not restricted to the following
• To keep up to date with changes in current legislation and to bring to the attention of the Project Superintending Officer(s) any relevant new legislation.
• To ensure the notification of the Project Superintending Officer(s) if the corrective action agreed after any workplace inspection is not implemented by the arranged date.
• To vet and endorse the minutes of all safety-related meetings and other meetings as directed by the Developer.
• To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferably 3 years with developer/main contractor
• Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 3 years
• Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent
• Good communication skills and team player
• Must be able to clear any internal security checks conducted by the Singapore Government

• Shift pattern will be 4 working days with 2 days off / 5 days work with 1 day off
• 12 hours permanent shift

• Salary Package
  i. Gross salary: up to $2,850
  ii. Bonus of $2,500

Responsibilities:

• Screening of passengers at designated zones
• Manual bag checks
• Usage of security screening equipment for screening purposes
• X-ray screening of checked in luggages
• Any other security related roles at Airport
