1) Reporting to the Project Manager, you will liaise closely with the Site Team on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety and housekeeping at the site.
2) Ensure all Statutory act & regulations, company safety rules & regulations and code of practice are implemented and complied by all staff.
3) Manage Safety Audits on site.
4) Conduct daily inspection of project work and activities to ensure safety compliance to all statutory safety and environmental regulations.
5) Ensure risk assessment and safe working procedure are properly executed on site.
6) Any related ah-hoc assignment as instructed by the management.
7) Conduct investigation to workplace accident/incident, non-conformity or non-compliance.
8) Conduct investigations of WSH infringements and industrial accidents and recommend remedial actions.
9) Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSHE issues.
10) Develop documentation for the Project Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, etc.
11) Conduct internal HSE related training for site personnel.
12) Manage and lead a team of safety workers.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction industry
- Registered WSHO with MOM
