The Customer Relations (CRR) department performs the Corporate Communications role at the College. It oversees matters related to college event management, marketing communications as well as school/corporate visits as part of networking and outreach endeavours.

As a Head/Senior Officer, you will be expected to:

- Manage the operations of the Experience ITE Centre - a centre set up to promote the ITE brand of education to secondary school students

[What you will be working on]

You will be required to:

EAs will be required to collect the personal data (e.g. NRIC number number for overseas candidates) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least six months with a fixed monthly salary of S$3,300 and above.

PDPA requirements on collection, use, and disclosure of personal data would not be applicable to EAs that are collecting such information as it is a regulatory requirement by Ministry of Manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of ACMV systems in various settings.
2. Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to ensure compliance with Singapore's safety and quality standards.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ACMV systems.
4. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for equipment procurement and servicing.
5. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and service records.
6. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations specific to Singapore.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field, preferably from a Singapore-accredited institution.
• BCA (Building and Construction Authority) recognized certification or similar in ACMV systems is highly preferred.
