• Perform integrative analysis on omics datasets, including but not limited to metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics.
• Setup bioinformatics tools/workflow, and develop applications with R Shiny, Python Dash or Matlab.
• Analyze data, interpret results and plan next step.
• Update project and prepare summary report regularly.
• Perform general data and server housekeeping.

Job Requirements

• A degree or masters in Computational Biology/Computer Science/Applied Mathematics/Applied Statistics.
• Strong analytical and programming skills (Python, R, Perl, or Matlab, UNIX environment).
• Experience with modeling, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Experience with metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, and metabolomics will be a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skill

• Working Days: 5 days (8 hrs/day including 45 mins break)
• Shift hours: 7am – 3pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7am
• Salary: $2200 - $2500

Responsibilities:

• Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
• Handles guests’ inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
• Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
• Performs other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
