Job Description:

· To assist Safety Manager on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations and safety requirements.

· To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

· To assist Safety Manager in liaising and co-ordinate with stakeholders, and other Consultants employed by Developer.

· To attend Main contractor’s daily toolbox briefings, conduct regular site safety inspections, and prepare report of observation and follow up on the rectification.

· To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance.

· To familiarize with the risks and control measures related to each work activity.

· To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.

Requirement:

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferably 2 years with developer/main contractor

· Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 3years in HDB Experience

· Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent

· Good communication skills and team player

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
• Enjoys client interaction and service oriented
• Detailed, meticulous and able to work independently
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experienced in admin work, good with Microsoft office
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Saturday and Sunday weekend shift, up to 8 hours/weekend

MAIN JOB SCOPE:

• Attends and replies to client inquiry and booking (face to face, WhatsApp, phone call and email), and payment collection.
• Maintain basic cleanliness and orderliness of the studio
• Ad hoc task as assigned

• Brief duty Passenger Relations Officer before start of shift on daily events (e.g. VIP/CIP list, expected no. of pax utilizing the lounges, new SOPs, case studies, etc.).
• Ensure duty Passenger Relations Officer report for work with proper grooming (as per grooming checklist)
• Move around duty areas (e.g. First Class Check-in Reception, Customer Service Desk, Entrance etc.).
• Ensure that Passenger Relations Officer are performing their stipulated duties
• Perform check-in/related duties
