• Ensuring the timely and accurate HR related payment, reimbursement, manpower billing & honorarium processing for all the institutions and departments.
• Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.

• Support Relationship Managers in daily operations to enhance customer experience, including handling customer enquiries, rate fixing for deposits and loans, account opening, coordinate/ liaising with relevant parties on customer due diligence (CDD)/ periodic reviews, maintenance of customer records and files

• Minimum Diploma holders, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a banking environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
