• To monitor closely assigned customers’ inbound shipments

• Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival

• Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them

• Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager

• Some basic skills in Microsoft office Requirement

-Training will be provided

• Handle enquiries regarding full suite of products including personal and corporate accounts, loans, deposits, cards
• Troubleshoot issues and address customers' concerns promptly
• Provide product /service information when necessary

Requirements:

- Education: N Levels / O Level / WPLN Level 3 or Level 4

- Shift pattern: 4 working days with 2 days off or 5 working days with 1 day off

- 12-hour permanent shifts
