Requirements:

Diploma in Media, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in photography and video editing.

Passion and creativity in content creation and campaign ideation.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Competency in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator).

We are looking for Clinic Assistant/Receptionist, the duties will be Registration, Dispensing , Billing, Insurance Claims etc. Our working hours are from 8am to 5pm (1st shift) and 12 noon to 8.30pm (2nd shift), Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. On the job training will be provided for those with no Clinic work experience.

Scope of Works:

1. Perform as Admin Assistant located at the School’s General Office to attend to all general queries, eg. public queries and attending to the needs of pupils, to ensure all queries are corresponded to the public/student in a timely manner, receive deliveries.
2. Assist the General Office in other secondary duties such as updating daily student attendance, collect, enter, record and maintain data and information into the school’s IT systems, spreadsheets and/or other forms of records, manage correspondence, including typing of documents, filing and faxing.
3. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School Leaders or Admin Manager.
