Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Admin / Grants Executive located in Singapore at Artisan Medical Group. The Executive will be responsible for managing grant (mainly govt) applications, tracking funding opportunities, liaising with grantors, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. The role will also involve preparing grant proposals, reports and all other administrative work.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing grant applications and tracking funding opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to management requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn and adapt to provide support to backend team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
