Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

- Friendly, Passionate and Energetic Team Player

- Organized and Good Administrative Skills

- Responsible and Strong Work Ethic

- Decent Typing Speed and Computer Skills

- Polite, Patient and Calm Personality

- Able to Commit for Minimum of 1 Year

Salary:

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF

About the Role

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing the diaries of those you support, including scheduling and rearranging meetings, adding important events and project deadlines, arranging meeting rooms, and more
Minute taking in meetings and assisting in following up on agreed actions afterwards, to support project delivery
Scheduling events, including researching costs and providing budgets, liaising with venues, and booking facilities
Assisting with the organisation of both domestic and international travel, as well as preparing itineraries for those you support
Drafting, and reviewing the accuracy of, documents and presentations
Contributing to the wider aims of the company, wherever possible
Copying scientific details between different document types
Answering telephones and taking messages
Making purchases and processing expenses

The Recruitment Process

With the formation of the Neuroscience ACP, we can now devote more resources to further achieve our mission of driving innovation in Care, Education and Research. The pursuit of our academic mission is primarily to improve patient care and to transform the delivery of care not only in Singapore but in the region.

About the role

As an integral part of Neuroscience ACP Secretariat, he/she will be supporting someof the following duties*:

*exact work portfolio will be regularly adjusted on a consultative manner, with consideration on individual capability, experience, personal interest and future aspiration

Grant Management

· Lead end-to-end grant management process, from grant application, budget management, to progress tracking and reporting

· Support on relevant legal matters such as contract management, MOU, etc.

· Provide support to strategic initiatives such as philanthropic engagements, external collaborations, etc.

Faculty Engagement and Development

· Facilitate faculty and non-faculty engagement and development

· Coordinate the end-to-end process for Academic Appointments, Promotions and Tenure

· Lead strategic outreach and mentorship programs

Drive Strategic Growth

· Drive growth of Neuroscience Innovation through initiatives such as culture building activities and events, strategic planning, program management, etc.

· Support the shaping and growth of Neuroscience Global Health

· Support adhoc strategic initiatives and special projects e.g. process improvements, digital transformation, etc.

Skills required

Bachelor degree with relevant working experience preferred (for more senior position); Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply (for entry-level position).
Comfortable with technology; Proficient in digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Tableau, Smartsheet and Canva highly preferred.
Experience &/ certification in any of the following areas highly desirable: project management, change management, grant management, strategic planning, talent development, event planning, data analysis and visualisation

As the Assistant Group Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with international tax regulations and optimizing the group's transfer pricing policies and practices.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of transfer pricing strategies and policies across the company.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing transfer pricing agreements, identifying areas for improvement and proposing necessary adjustments to maintain compliance and optimize tax efficiency.
Work closely with various departments within the organization, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure accurate and timely transfer pricing documentation.
Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors to manage transfer pricing audits and resolve any tax-related disputes or issues.
Stay updated on changes in international tax regulations and transfer pricing guidelines, providing proactive advice and recommendations to ensure the group's compliance.
Assist in the preparation and submission of relevant reports and documentation required by tax authorities.
Support the Group Tax Manager in ad hoc tax-related projects and initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transfer pricing or tax advisory, preferably within the maritime or shipping industry.
Strong knowledge of international tax regulations and transfer pricing principles.
Proficient in using tax software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex tax regulations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
