We are looking for an individual who has a good experience in administration and accountability for great performance and results delivery to be part of the Credit Services team in Experian Singapore. This is a temporary role for 4 months.

What you’ll be doing

• After first correspondence have been sent out to the Registered Office customers, call them to get their response to change their address to our new office address.
• Assist to prepare resolutions to email to clients to sign after getting their reply on the change of address.
• Email resolutions to clients.
• Follow up on the signed resolutions.
• Follow up with the customers who have not responded above.
• Assist in packing the Corporate Secretarial files for moving.
• Any other matters assigned.

Jobs Description

· Preparation of monthly financial reports such as monthly journals, full set of account and assist in the preparation of Management Report.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or other equivalent accounting qualification, such as LCCI Intermediate, ACCA or CIMA.

· At least 2 year(s) of working experiences in the related wholesale and retail trade.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Analytical, meticulous, resourceful and result-driven.

· Able to work overtime occasionally.

· Proficient in MYOB or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

· Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel/Pivot-table.

· Knowledge of BI software for management reports preparation will be an advantage.

• Ensure smooth operation of the Front Office
• Be responsible in directing, coordinating, and monitoring the overall Front Office operation as directed by Executive Assistant Manager/General Manager to meet the service standards of the Hotel
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with norms and procedures through TRUST YOU and Key Performance Index set by Accor
• Assist Front Office Manager with projects related to Front Office as any when required and meeting up with datelines
• Identify personnel development in order to have trained and qualified staff to consistently maintain and increase the Hotel’s service
• Take charge of the ACDC program and work closely with Front Office Manager
• Work with Director of Sales and Assistant/Reservations Manager and take full control of the Front Office operations in the event of overbooking, should the need to transfer guests to other hotels.
• Be responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees and the hotel assets

• Manage end-to-end full cycle of recruitment process for the entire group and handle advertising, sourcing, screening, interview & selection and evaluation after interview.
• Prepare salary proposals for approval and extend offers to candidates.
• Prepare letter of offer for selected candidates.
• Responsible for recruitment of all open positions (perm / temp and contract)
• Job placements on various job portals and handle in-house workable ATS system.
• Liaising with hiring managers to understand business requirements.
• Partner with hiring manager to shortlist, arrange and conduct interviews.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Prepare and submit monthly management and other statutory report.
• Support HR Team in various projects across the Group.
• Any other ad hoc duties

• Degree / Diploma and Min 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment in services industry
• Good hands-on experience in recruitment and have shown good track records
• Possess good organization skills, meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task
• Possess excellent spoken and written communication skills

• 5 days work week - 8.30am to 5.45pm
