• Monitor compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. AGM and Annual Return deadlines)
• Perform Client Due Diligence (CDD) procedures and documentation
• Submission of EP applications on behalf of clients
• Correspondence and liaison with authorities, banks and other parties
• Other duties and tasks as may be required or assigned

Requirements:

• Local Diploma, Degree or professional qualification in Corporate Secretarial Studies, Law, Accountancy or Business
• Good knowledge of company laws and regulations
• Excellent command of English and writing skills
• At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work in Singapore
• Able to work independently and reliability with minimal supervision
• Able to research on relevant topics with guidance and direction
