Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i-Lab) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is looking for a Research Assistant to conduct research in the field of cryogenic microelectronics. The role will focus on design, simulation, and experimental characterization of novel cryogenic microelectronic devices.
We are looking for a Research Assistant to conduct research in the field of cryogenic microelectronics. The role will focus on design, simulation, and experimental characterization of novel cryogenic radiofrequency switches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Theoretical investigations on new cryogenic microelectronic components.
- Design and Multiphysics simulation of semiconductor radiofrequency components.
- Experimental characterization of microelectronic components.
- Providing general research support to i-Lab.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Expertise in simulating microelectronic components, complemented by advanced analytical skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good team working skills
