The Admin Assistant is a key member of the company’s operation team that manages and operates the centres on a day-to-day basis.
The Centre's Location is at Katong area.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling student registration and administration
• Attending to the safety and welfare of all students
• Printing of worksheets and learning resources
• Maintains general upkeep of the tuition centre
• Promoting the company’s programmes, products and services to parents
• Preparation, typing and printing of learning materials and company documents
• Answering and responding to phone calls and emails
• Other general administrative duties as directed by the Management
Minimum Requirements
• Part time Positions available only
• Diploma/Higher Nitec
• Applicants without the necessary academic qualifications but with relevant work experiences are welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Working hours (Part time) – Weekdays 3:30pm - 930pm, Weekends 930am - 730pm
Minimally must commit 3 Days a week.
