Job Responsibilities:

• Process and perform system entries for Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Follow up with internal sales team & customers for missing documents & outstanding sales invoices
• Generate monthly customers' statement of accounts and prepare bank reconciliations
• Support annual audit work and assist in preparing reports/schedules required
• Handle customers' enquiries regarding billings and disputes handling
• Ensure proper and systematic filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in daily operational purchasing activities which includes planning, processing and following up on purchase orders with the suppliers Assist in HR-related events or activities
• Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· Min GCE ‘N/O’ Levels / Diploma and above

· Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry

· No experience needed, full training will be provided

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Able to start work immediately

Our Client is a Food Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a GMP Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsible

• Responsible for optimal plant GMP performance, achieving the highest standards and compliance.
• Implement and manage cleaning and sanitization of processing equipment, utensils, and the plant environment.
• Develop and execute the sanitation program.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing sanitation performance metrics, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to meet safety and quality standards.
• Manage and supervise the plant cleaning team, including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain top GMP compliance and ensure audit readiness.
• Plan, communicate, and direct all sanitation-related activities in quality, safety, health, employee relations, operations, and maintenance.
• Oversee the master sanitation schedule, prioritizing tasks, scheduling work, and ensuring timely completion through regular communication with sanitation staff and stakeholders.
• Conduct and participate in GMP inspections, addressing any gaps or findings within required timeframes.
• Responsible for compliance with the quality, safety, occupational hygiene, and environmental protection standards.
• Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirement

• Min Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in GMP, SAP documentation, procedural and production environment
• Experience in Food or Pharma manufacturing
• Experience in sanitation process, cleaning and storage of chemical, handling and dispensing systems and sanitary design principles.
