Responsibilities

• Liase with customers, sales executives, financial institutions, relationship managers and other stakeholders for successful loan submission, disbursement and repayment with accurate loan documents and other loan related matters
• Perform operations work from processing of loan requests to successful disbursement and repayment of loans
• Oversee overall loan procedure, updating processes to maximise efficiency to all stakeholders and align to latest relevant legislation
• Update loan data in systems and maintain records of loan transactions, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary loan support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) by processing sales orders, invoices, and credit notes.

- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks including verifying purchase orders, processing payments, and overseeing inventory transactions.

- Maintained General Ledger (GL) by preparing monthly reports, and journal entries, and assisting with audits and tax filings.

- Address finance-related queries and ensure timely document filing.

Requirements:

- Minimum LCCI/ACCA/Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.

- At least 1 year of relevant experience.

- Familiarity with Singapore tax laws preferred.

- Experience with Sage ACCPAC/300 and Office 365 is advantageous.

• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets. Verify the accuracy of data to ensure quality and integrity.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing correspondence.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
• Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Provide general information and assistance to clients and staff.
