Job Scope

• Responsible for accounts receivable and payable.
• ⁠Monitoring AR ageing reports and follow up on accounts receivable
• Assisting in monthly reconciliation such as bank, inventory, account payable reconciliation
• ⁠Performing quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
• Handling inter-company billing and settlements
• Handling company full-set of accounts
• ⁠Preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditor
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Must have experience and able to handle full set of accounts.
• Able to commence immediately, no long holiday
• Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience
• SAP B1 knowledge preferred
