Responsibilities

• Assist in developing SOPs, WIs & ISO related documentation.
• Assist in monitoring the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO Certification and Halal standards for all company sites.
• To be involved in investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues, providing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• To be involved in Internal & External Audits.
• To be involved in planning and conducting in-house training for staff.
• To consolidate data for reporting on quality/operation/sustainability data for internal meetings and Group Reporting for all company sites.
• To be involved in marketing strategies as assigned by Management.
• Analyze and execute marketing strategies for the company.
• Manage company websites.
• Analyze and develop marketing strategies, on our DERAS, e-commerce platform to transact the products with customers.
• Manage AdWords (Google) marketing for Websites. Also, to develop and recommend marketing activities to increase online presence.
• To be involved as a committee member in any company events or activities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Chemical/ Technology/ Marketing or any related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
