• Lead meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organisation’s business interests.
• Lead in completion and submission of RFQ/RFI.
• Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the Company’s image, products and services.
• Manage complex, large, or difficult market research or analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Management and/or live sciences education
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Rx, Medical Devices and or OTC/Consumer Health marketing or sales
• Driven personality with a hunger to succeed.
• Prior exposure to similar industry in Business Development
• Market research experience
• Business Development and Account management experience
• Fast learning abilities, to be able quickly understand the drug/medical devices benefits and its market environment.
• Active in pitching, engaging, and searching new Principal/Clients
• Advanced command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to adapt into the fast-paced industry.

• Position Title: Retail Assistant / Bakery Retail Assistant
• Working Location: IMM, Chinatown Point, Bedok Mall
• Working Hours: 6 days (2 shifts, 7.00 am – 4.00 pm; 1.00 pm – 10.00 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and display bakery items and products on the shelves and counters.
• Replenish and refill display counters with fresh stocks of bakery items.
• Monitor expiry dates and shelf lives of products.
• Responsible for operating the POS cash register, handle various types of payments and perform packing for customer purchases.
• Ensure compliance with all food & hygiene safety standards in bakery shop.
• Answer queries from customers and assist in making recommendations according to customers’ needs.
• Provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Assist with stock check.
• Maintain neat and systematic storing of products and perform daily housekeeping.
• Manage orders on FoodPanda, Grab Food, Deliveroo delivery apps.
