We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Directors in managing their daily tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of their office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Expense & Receipt keeping: Process and reconcile the Director's expenses.
• Office Administration: Handle general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
• Coordination: Assist with various works as needed.
• Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Working hours:
Forty (40) hours weekly, scheduled by the director. For some weeks, working on Saturdays may be necessary per business needs, and if so, the working hours on weekdays that week will be reduced to meet the 40-hour limit.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Able to drive cars in Singapore.
