Job Scope

1 Answer enquiries to customers who call or text, or walk-in to the enrichment centre

2 Take attendance and assign classrooms to tutors and students for everyday classes

3 Communicate with tutors, parents and/or students on starting classes or change of timing, and any other situation that may arise

4 Printing and prepare teaching material

5 Room cleaning after classes if needed

6 Able to working 5days per week (Min one weekend Saturday/ Sunday requested)

7 Other ad hoc duties

Requirements

8 Willing to learn, smiley, patient with customer

9 Skilled in basic office skills (excel, word)

10 Empathetic and good communication with colleagues and customers

11 Prior experience in education centre frontline customer service jobs will be a bonus

12 Only Singaporeans/PR with fluent English and Chinese need apply

13 Min “O” level or higher qualified

14 Working part time 3days in a week can be considered and rate to be discussed

Salary

Basic Salary for Full time SGD 2500-3500
